Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restructuring experience representing debtors, committees, creditors or other parties.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required.
• Admission to the New York Bar, active and in good standing required.
• Top 50 law school graduate and AmLaw 200 experience preferred.
• Deposition and trial preparation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings and cross-border matters.
• Collaborate with partners and associates across the firm on complex matters.
