Lakeview Post Acute is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to support residents with restorative nursing care and daily living activities. You will work under supervision to implement care plans, assist with mobility, and monitor resident wellbeing in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes documentation, teamwork with Rehabilitation and Nursing Departments, and maintaining a warm, respectful atmosphere while promoting residents’ independence and dignity.

Formación

• RNA certification required and CNA/RNA license in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care or similar EHR is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to maintain mobility and independence.
• Encourage participation in activity and out-of-bed mobility when safe.
• Provide assistance with dining, transfers, ROM, and activities of daily living.
• Record weights accurately and report significant changes promptly.
• Ensure clothing and linens are clean and in good repair.
• Reposition residents regularly to prevent skin issues and maintain comfort.
• Maintain personal hygiene and skin care for residents per policy.
• Complete documentation and charting of all care provided.
• Collaborate with RN and rehab staff and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with preparation for tests, treatments, and daily routines.
