Job summary

Willow Creek Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to support residents in maintaining mobility, independence, and quality of life. The role involves assisting with restorative exercises, daily activities, and documentation per care plans.

You will work under supervision, participate in RNA meetings, and help with transfers, meals, hygiene, and skin care, applying pressure-relieving devices as needed.

Qualifications

• Restorative Nursing Assistant certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with PCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve or maintain mobility.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and activities of daily living.
• Accurately record weights and document care provided.
• Prepare residents for tests and daily activities as directed.
