Job summary

Bellevue Post Acute in Bellevue, WA is seeking a dedicated Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to help residents regain or maintain mobility and independence through individualized restorative programs. You will collaborate with licensed staff, implement ROM, ambulation, and ADL support, document progress, and ensure safety and compassion in daily care.

CNA credentials and RNA training are required by the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential as required by Washington State.
• Current Restorative Nursing Assistant/Aide (RNA) training or certification as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative and rehabilitative nursing services, including ambulation, ROM, positioning, and other programs identified in residents' care plans.
• Encourage and assist residents in activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Document resident participation, progress, and response to restorative services accurately and per policy.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to nursing/rehabilitation staff promptly.
• Assist with transfers, lifting, and use of adaptive devices following safety procedures.
