Job summary

Pasadena Post Acute is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant to provide routine restorative care under the care plan and supervision. You will assist with mobility, ADLs, weight checks, and documentation, ensuring a warm, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include encouraging activity, monitoring residents, and coordinating with the Rehab and Nursing Departments. CNA and RNA training, plus computer skills with Point Click Care, are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Restorative Nursing Assistant certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Point Click Care software.
• One year experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to maintain mobility and independence.
• Support dining, transfers, ambulation, and ROM activities as directed.
• Record weights and report significant changes to nursing staff.
• Help with activities of daily living and maintaining hygiene.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Prepare residents for tests, appointments, and daily activities.
• Promote skin care and pressure-relief measures.
• Maintain a warm, respectful therapeutic environment.
• Participate in RNA meetings with Rehab and Nursing Departments.
