Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) in Marysville, WA to provide routine restorative care per care plans. You will assist with mobility, daily activities, and documentation, under supervision.

Required RNA/CNA certification and a High School diploma; LTC experience preferred. Proficiency with computer data entry and Point Click Care is expected. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• RNA CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care facility preferred.
• Proficiency with computer data entry and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve mobility and independence.
• Support residents with dining, transfers, ambulation, and ROM activities.
• Record resident weights and report significant changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and other daily living activities.
• Maintain clean clothing, linens, and promote skin integrity.
• Document care provided accurately and participate in RNA meetings.
