Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Restorative Nursing Program and staff.
• Collaborate with therapists and physicians to set SMART restorative goals.
• Ensure accurate daily MDS-related documentation and coding.
• Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning.
• Audit restorative documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide leadership and shift planning for nursing personnel.
