Job summary

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Whites Creek, TN is seeking a compassionate Restorative CNA to join our dedicated care team. You will support residents with daily living activities, assist with meals and dining services, and document meal intake while maintaining patient confidentiality.

You will collaborate with clinical leadership, monitor residents’ conditions, and help ensure a safe, respectful environment for all residents in our community.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in a care setting is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and duties as directed by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documenting meal intake.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse supervisor and communicate factors affecting performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in verbal, written, and electronic forms.

Restorative CNA Position Summary

As a Restorative CNA at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans and established policies and procedures.

• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.

• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Restorative CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee

• Current CPR/BLS Certification
