Job summary

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Tennessee is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN for night shifts to join our care team. You'll oversee daily nursing activities, collaborate with CNAs, and ensure high-quality resident care in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include admissions, transfers, medication administration, care plan updates, and reporting changes to the nurse supervisor while maintaining patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license for Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

LPN or RN Position Summary

As a LPN or RN at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

LPN or RN Requirements

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
