Job summary

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team in Nashville, TN. This PRN role focuses on resident support, daily living activities, meal assistance, and accurate documentation within a team-driven environment.

As a CNA, you will report changes to the nurse supervisor and help maintain patient confidentiality in all communications. Current TN CNA and CPR/BLS certifications are required to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with performing work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Position Summary

• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
