Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs for the night shift in Whites Creek, Tennessee. You will lead the nursing team, supervise CNAs, and ensure high-quality resident care in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license must be active in Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of CNAs and ensure policies are followed by nursing staff.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident conditions, prepare and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report changes to the nurse supervisor and communicate any factors affecting performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.

LPN Or RN Position Summary

As a LPN or RN at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

LPN Or RN Requirements

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
