Job summary

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Whites Creek, TN is seeking a compassionate Restorative CNA to join our care team. You will provide supportive services, assist residents with activities of daily living, and help coordinate dining services.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring active Tennessee CNA certification and CPR/BLS. Join a team dedicated to respectful, patient-centered care and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification.
• CPR/BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans and established policies and procedures.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
