Job summary

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Whites Creek, TN, is seeking a devoted Restorative CNA to join our care team. This full-time position focuses on helping residents with daily living activities and coordinating dining services under the direction of clinical leadership.

You'll maintain HIPAA confidentiality, report changes to the nurse supervisor, and support a compassionate, team-oriented environment. Active Tennessee CNA and CPR/BLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans and policies.
• Coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of influencing factors.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information (PHI).

Restorative CNA Position Summary

As a Restorative CNA at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans and established policies and procedures.

• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.

• Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Restorative CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee

• Current CPR/BLS Certification
