Job summary

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, TN is seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs for night shift. You will be a key part of resident care, directing CNAs, managing medications per physician orders, and updating care plans.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess residents' conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
