Job summary

PACS is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant to deliver routine restorative care per resident care plans. You will assist with exercises, mobility, dining support, and daily activities, while documenting care and reporting changes promptly to the nursing team.

The role requires CNA certification with a high school diploma, plus familiarity with care software such as Point Click Care. Prior long-term care experience is preferred; the environment emphasizes warmth, respect, and patient-centered

Qualifications

• Restorative care certification and CNA credentials are required.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer data entry in care software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve mobility and independence.
• Accurately record weights and report significant changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with ADLs, transfers, ambulation, and ROM activities as directed.
• Maintain clean clothing/linens and promote personal hygiene.
• Complete documentation of care provided and support care plans.
