Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care and services per each resident's assessment and care plan. The role involves identifying residents, tracking vital information, and ensuring a calm, safe environment on the unit.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CNA license and be able to perform daily care tasks, document accurately, and communicate effectively with the nursing team. CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant license as required by state law.
• CPR certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents using wristband/photo ID before treatments or meals.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Prepare resident rooms and assist with transfers and discharges.
• Participate in nursing reports and follow facility policies.
