• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies at all times.

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Restorative Nursing Assistant to provide restorative nursing care that promotes resident independence, mobility, and highest functional level. This role works under the direction of the Restorative Nurse and functions as a Certified Nursing Assistant while supporting individualized restorative programs.

This position is ideal for a CNA who enjoys hands-on care, consistency, and helping residents maintain strength and function.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises, ambulation, range of motion, and mobility programs
• Support residents with transfers and use of assistive devices
• Encourage independence and participation in restorative activities
