Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care aligned with each resident's assessment and care plan. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, maintain accurate records, and support nursing staff to ensure a safe, respectful environment.

The role emphasizes adhering to policies, protecting resident information, and collaborating with supervisors to maintain high-quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant as required by state law.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or services.
• Record entries accurately and promptly on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report any HIPAA concerns.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Provide a compassionate, calm environment and coordinate with nursing staff.
