Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents before procedures, document care accurately, and maintain a calm, respectful environment on the unit.

The role requires a valid CNA license and willingness to follow facility policies, with CPR preferred. You will collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and resident safety in a busy post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and procedures.
• Ability to write reports and communicate clearly with residents and staff.
• CPR certification preferred; state CNA licensing required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow HIPAA rules.
• Follow facility policies and use only trained equipment.
