Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Restoration Technician to work on homes and businesses damaged by fire, water, storm, and mold. You will survey damage, document items, and perform controlled demolition with hand and power tools while maintaining safety and quality.

Training and development are provided, with opportunities for advancement. We offer full-time work, paid training, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restoration experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable using job apps/photos for documentation.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work safely on damaged residential and commercial properties.
• Survey and evaluate damage to property and contents.
• Perform debris removal and demolition with hand/power tools.
• Set restoration equipment per guidelines and perform site visits.
• Take progress photos and document work in RMS.
• Provide clear communication of job progress to customers.

Restoration Tech $23-$28 per hour What you’ll actually do

• Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
• Survey damage within the property
• Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property
• Demolition of damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools
• Perform initial site visits
• Conduct moisture inspections
• Set restoration equipment within guidelines
• Complete assigned tasks and notes in our primary operating system (RMS)
• Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process
• IICRC certification available as IICRC classes are offered

You’re expected to

• Show up on time and ready to work
• Produce clean, straight, professional finishes
• Protect customer property
• Communicate job progress clearly
• Keep your truck stocked and organized
• Rotate on-call when scheduled
