Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Demolition Technician to be the first on site when disasters strike, leading mitigation and restoration efforts for homes and businesses. You will work with a team to stabilize properties, communicate with customers, and deliver compassionate service during stressful moments.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm, move quickly, and problem-solve in urgent situations.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends/on-call
• Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Restoration experience is a plus—but we will train the right person

Demolition Technician

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour + overtime opportunities and on-call bonuses

The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Demolition Technician, you are first on site when disaster strikes—fires, floods, and more. You lead the effort to stabilize and restore properties while helping customers through difficult moments. This is not a typical job.
