Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a Restoration Tech to work on properties damaged by fire, water, storm, and mold. You will survey damage, document items, and safely perform demolition with hand and power tools.

You will conduct moisture inspections, set restoration equipment, take progress photos, and log notes in RMS. Training and advancement opportunities are available; IICRC certification offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restoration experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to participate in rotating on call schedule.
• Comfortable using job apps/photos for documentation.
• Strong work ethic.

Restoration Tech $23-$28 per hour What you’ll actually do

• Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
• Survey damage within the property
• Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property
• Demolition of damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools
• Perform initial site visits
• Conduct moisture inspections
• Set restoration equipment within guidelines
• Complete assigned tasks and notes in our primary operating system (RMS)
• Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process
• IICRC certification available as IICRC classes are offered

• Show up on time and ready to work
• Produce clean, straight, professional finishes
• Protect customer property
• Communicate job progress clearly
• Keep your truck stocked and organized
• Rotate on-call when scheduled
