Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration seeks a skilled mitigation technician to join our Kansas City team. You will lead and assist on-site efforts for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage, perform drying and deodorization, and document work using moisture meters and psychrometric readings.

The role requires 0-3+ years of mitigation/restoration experience, a valid driver’s license, and a dedication to safety and accuracy. Training and potential certification advancement are available as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of experience in mitigation/restoration.
• IICRC Certification(s) preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT).
• Strong knowledge of mitigation equipment, moisture detection tools, and best practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50-100 lbs., work in physically demanding environments, and handle confined spaces or extreme weather.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.

Responsibilities
