Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking Mitigation Technicians to respond quickly to emergency calls, extract water, clean smoke/fire damage, remediate mold, and restore structures. You’ll document findings for estimators and clients, keep sites safe, maintain equipment, and be on-call for rotating shifts.

A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background/drug screens are required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift/move 5–100 lbs and work in tough environments (heat, cold, confined spaces).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Respond quickly to emergency calls—no two days are the same.

• Document everything clearly for estimators and clients.
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized.
• Provide empathetic, reassuring customer service when people need it most.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles—always ready for go-time.

• Support and mentor newer technicians.
• Embrace safety—PPE always provided and required.
