Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Reconstruction Tech for full-time work in Florida. The role involves framing, drywall, tile, and flooring installations, with emphasis on quality finishes for homes affected by fire or flood.

• 3+ years construction experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to lift 75 lbs regularly.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Framing and minor structural repairs.
• Drywall hanging, mudding, taping, sanding, and finishing.
• Texture matching (knockdown, orange peel, etc.).
• Baseboard, trim and door/casing install.
• Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, hardwood).
• Tile installation (floors and showers).
• Tile layout, cutting, setting, and grouting.
• Carpet removal and reinstall.
• Caulking, sealing, and punch work.
• Demo when needed.
• Keep jobs clean and organized.

Reconstruction Tech

$25-$30 per hour

What you’ll actually do
