Job summary

Highground is seeking a Lead Technician in Naples, FL to lead a team of technicians on restoration projects. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure safety, quality, and professional client interactions, and report needs beyond the initial ticket.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and a driver’s license. On-call rotation and ongoing improvement are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong customer service skills with a desire to help people in difficult situations.
• IICRC certification is a plus (not required).
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, improve, and grow within the company.
• Have an attitude of continued improvement and willingness to help others.
• Possess working knowledge or 1–2 years of experience related to construction, plumbing, water mitigation and/or carpentry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise a team of technicians to oversee projects from start to finish.
• SOP & Safety: Ensure SOPs are followed, maintaining safety and quality on sites.
• Demolition: Conduct safe, precise demolition with hand and power tools.
• Drying Documentation: Document drying progress with moisture meters and records.
• Client Communication: Report additional services needed to the In-Home Sales Specialist.
• Vehicle Operation: Drive company vehicle to job sites, following laws and policies.
• Compliance Tasks: Complete daily tasks in DASH.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy to deliver excellent service.
