Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in construction, plumbing, water mitigation, or carpentry preferred.
• IICRC certification in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of technicians on job projects ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs for safety and quality on job sites.
• Conduct demolition safely using hand and power tools.
• Document drying progress with moisture meters.
• Communicate additional client needs with sales specialists.
• Operate company vehicle adhering to traffic laws.
• Complete compliance tasks in DASH daily.
• Attend to details ensuring excellent service.
