Job summary

SERVPRO of Perry Hall/White Marsh is looking for a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate and oversee production processes while ensuring customer satisfaction. Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include managing restoration technicians, maintaining quality control, and documenting project progress. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and be physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is needed.
• IICRC certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled.
• Manage the customer and client experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Document detailed job files to support the services provided.

Skills

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Education
