Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall in Maryland is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support field operations and keep projects running smoothly. We restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind, offering competitive pay and opportunities to advance within a trusted franchise.

You will work with restoration technicians, communicate with customers, document progress, manage labor, and help schedule and budget tasks while upholding safety standards. IICRC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians and set project expectations to meet SERVPRO standards.
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated.
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and implement safe practices.
• Respond When Needed: Participate in on-call rotation for local and storm work.
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians.
