SERVPRO Team Wall is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to support daily operations on fire and water damage projects. You will work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of restoration experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, plus a valid driver's license. IICRC certifications are preferred and training is provided to help you advance within the team.

• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job.
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place.
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required.
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow.
