SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville seeks a Restoration Supervisor to lead a crew of technicians on emergency response jobs, guiding projects from water, fire, mold to storm damage while keeping customers informed. You bring experience in restoration or construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license + clean background.
• IICRC certifications bonus; company will help you obtain them.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Comfortable with crawlspaces, ladders, and challenging conditions.
• Tech-friendly with mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms.
• Willing to respond to after-hours calls when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of technicians through water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects.
• Set expectations with customers, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform and supervise jobsite work (labor-intensive).
• Monitor safety, enforce protocols, and protect team and customers.
• Ensure detailed documentation for every job (photos, notes, equipment logs).
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow.

What You'll Do as a Restoration Supervisor:

• Oversee restoration jobs and lead a team of techs through water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects

• Set the tone with customers-manage expectations, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction

• Perform and supervise jobsite work (this is a labor-intensive role)

• Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect your team and our customers

• Ensure accurate, detailed documentation for every job (photos, notes, equipment logs)

• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supply usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency

• Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow

What You Bring:

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction preferred
