Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall in Maryland is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support field operations, coordinate daily tasks, and keep projects running smoothly.

You’ll work with restoration technicians, maintain positive customer interactions, monitor progress, assist with scheduling and budgeting, uphold safety, and be on the on-call rotation for storms.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job.
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place.
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the on-call rotation, including storm work as required.
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow.
