SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support daily operations and customer interactions on restoration projects in the Harrisburg area. You will help manage timelines, budgets, and safety while guiding technicians and ensuring SERVPRO standards are met.

The role emphasizes strong communication, dependability, and a valid driver’s license, with IICRC certification preferred for advancement. On-site work and on-call duties are involved.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job.
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place.
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required.
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
