Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support field operations, coordinate daily tasks with restoration technicians, and help ensure projects meet SERVPRO standards. This role prioritizes clear communication with customers and effective scheduling to keep work moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings restoration experience, solid problem‑solving skills, and a valid driver’s license. IICRC certifications are preferred and will help you excel in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job.
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place.
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required.
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
