Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support our field operations and keep projects running smoothly as we restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind.

You will work with restoration technicians, set project expectations, communicate with customers, manage scheduling and budgeting, and promote a safe work environment while participating in on-call storm work when needed. This role offers competitive pay, training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver's license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job.
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place.
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the on-call rotation, including helping with local and out-of-town storm work when required.
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow.
