SERVPRO Team Wall in Maryland is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to oversee field operations and keep projects running smoothly. You will work with restoration technicians, set expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.

The role emphasizes customer communication, scheduling, budgeting support, safety, and on-call storm readiness. Ideal candidates have 6+ months of restoration experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license; IICRC

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with restoration technicians and set project expectations.
• Maintain positive interactions with customers and keep them updated.
• Document job progress and help manage labor and scheduling.
• Help ensure safe work practices on all sites.
• Participate in on-call rotations for storm work when required.
• Assist with training and guiding technicians.

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow
