Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Oregon is seeking a relationship-driven salesperson to help families and businesses find us when they need us most. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners, and generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events.

You will manage your sales pipeline, present our services, and secure ongoing referral partnerships.

• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to network and build relationships with insurance professionals and referral partners.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events.
• Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support opportunities and referrals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools.
• Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships.
• Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads and commissions.
• Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals.
