Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore by ELE is seeking a dynamic relationship-builder to drive restoration opportunities through strategic partnerships in Anne Arundel County and surrounding communities. You will engage with insurance professionals, property managers, and trades to generate referrals while promoting trusted disaster restoration services.

The role emphasizes networking, strong communication, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 12 months of sales experience or prior sales training desired, but not required
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Highly motivated, strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process
• Some work required outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company at business social events

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and contractors.
• Generate restoration opportunities through partnerships and referrals.
• Represent the company at local business events and community activities.
• Support growth and advancement within a local franchise.
