SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is seeking a Commercial Sales & Marketing Representative to develop long‑term referral partnerships in the Portland area. This role focuses on outside relationship development rather than social media marketing, and requires building trust with insurance agents, property managers, and building owners.

You will prospect in your territory, schedule meetings and site walks, and present SERVPRO capabilities across water, fire, mold, biohazard, and reconstruction

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B/outside sales, account management, or relationship development.
• Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and asking for referrals.
• Self-managed: you plan your week and execute without daily supervision.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build referral relationships in your territory.
• Schedule meetings, site walks, Lunch & Learns, and vendor setups.
• Present SERVPRO capabilities (water/fire/mold/biohazard + reconstruction).
• Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in a CRM.
• Coordinate internally for strong handoffs and customer experience.
