ServiceMaster Restore in Salem, Oregon is seeking a relationship-driven salesperson to help more people find trusted restoration services. The role combines in-office and in-field work with opportunities for commissions on referrals and renewals.

You will build partnerships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral networks, prospect for new business, and manage a sales pipeline. A valid Oregon driver’s license and background check are required.

• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events.
• Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support opportunities.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools.
• Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships.
• Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with commission earning potential.
• Support homeowners and partners through the restoration process.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals.
