Job summary

SERVPRO of Peoria is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead restoration projects from start to finish. This salaried role supports homeowners and businesses, coordinating crews, schedules, and safety on job sites.

You’ll manage punch lists, conduct final walks, coordinate inspections, and ensure work meets plans, codes, and customer expectations. Travel locally and occasional overnight travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customer.
• Coordinate Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction signatures.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers.
• Provide project updates to customers and clients.
• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes and scope.
• Document all project activities in the job file.
• Execute change orders and manage scope.
• Maintain quality through site inspections.
