SERVPRO Team Marchese is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee restoration projects from start to finish. You will work closely with customers, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-schedule, high-quality results.

The role emphasizes organized leadership, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and a meaningful impact on customers during difficult times.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders effectively.
• PMP certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and reconstruction portions from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers to stay on schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and daily narratives.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and set project expectations.
• Ensure work meets plans, specs, codes, and approved scope of work.
