SERVPRO Team Marchese is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee on-site activities, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure work meets the approved scope, schedule, and quality standards while communicating clearly with customers.

• Previous construction/restoration experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections.
• Ensure schedules, quality standards, and approved scope are met.
• Maintain project documentation and provide daily narratives.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and set expectations.
• Provide regular updates and address client questions.
• Perform site inspections for safety and quality.
