Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold and natural disasters. You will develop relationships to build accounts and manage projects from start to finish with support from a Construction Superintendent.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years disaster restoration experience and proven ability to write scopes in Xactimate, along with strong communication and organizational skills; travel and background checks

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior disaster restoration experience (residential and commercial).
• Restoration estimating experience and ability to write scopes in Xactimate required.
• Attention to detail and strong communication/organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel out of town preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for provided project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor construction with on-site Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget.
• Evaluate progress and team performance to ensure on-time, on-budget projects.
• Manage financials of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify potential legal issues and review with Branch Manager/Construction Superintendent.
• Oversee project close-out and represent the company in meetings.
• Provide technical support to project team and identify new work opportunities.
