Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Springfield, MO seeks a Project Manager/Estimator/Property Adjuster to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold and disasters. They will develop client relationships and manage projects with the help of a Construction Superintendent.

The role includes a base salary of $75,000 per year and eligibility for an annual bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, 401K, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior disaster restoration experience (residential and commercial)
• Restoration estimating experience and ability to write scopes in Xactimate
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel out of town
• Background check and drug screen required

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for provided project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor/con trol construction through on-site Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget.
• Evaluate progress and team performance to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify potential legal issues for projects and consult Branch Manager and Superintendent.
• Oversee project close-out.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
• Provide technical support to all project members.
• Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales/Marketing of potential projects with clients.
• Lead internal teams focused on business improvements.
• Foster growth of client, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Familiar with company policies and processes for this position.
• Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk.
