Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Wichita, KS seeks a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold and natural disasters. You will develop relationships to grow accounts and manage projects from start to finish, coordinating with a Construction Superintendent and contractors.

The role combines sales and project management, includes on-site inspections, estimating with Xactimate, and a base salary of $55,000–$65,000 with eligible annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Insurance estimating experience and ability to write scopes in Xactimate.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Manage projects with on-site Superintendent to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor construction progress and team performance.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales/Marketing of potential projects with current clients.
• Oversee project close-out and representation in meetings.
