Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Springfield, MO is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator/Property Adjuster with Xactimate experience to handle residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold and disasters. You will build relationships to grow accounts and oversee projects from start to finish with an assigned Construction Superintendent.

The role combines sales and project management, offering a base salary starting at $75,000 annually and eligibility for an annual bonus, along with health benefits,

Qualifications

• 2-3 years disaster restoration experience (residential and commercial).
• Must have restoration estimating experience and be able to write scopes in Xactimate.
• Attention to detail and strong communication/oraganizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license; travel out of town is preferred.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor construction with on-site Superintendent to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Evaluate progress and team performance to ensure timely completion.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify potential legal issues with Branch Manager and Superintendent.
• Oversee project close-out and represent the company in meetings.
• Support and guide project team; develop new opportunities with clients.
