Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial loss projects caused by fire, water, mold and natural disasters. You will develop relationships to build and grow accounts and manage projects from start to finish.

The role requires restoration estimating experience and the ability to write scopes in Xactimate; a valid driver's license and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior disaster restoration experience (residential and commercial).
• Experience writing scopes in Xactimate and estimating restoration projects.
• Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Oversee projects with on-site Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget.
