Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior disaster restoration experience required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for projects.

• Monitor construction to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Evaluate construction progress and team performance.
• Manage financial aspects of projects.
• Identify potential legal issues and discuss with management.
• Oversee project completion and close-out.
