SERVPRO Team Friermuth seeks a Project Manager to lead mitigation operations, inspect sites, scope work, and generate accurate estimates to drive revenue. You will manage crews, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer outcomes on time and within budget.

The role requires 3+ years in restoration or related fields, a proven sales record, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restoration, construction, or field operations.
• 1+ year in people leadership.
• Proven consultative sales track record.
• Proficiency with estimating and job management software (e.g., Xactimate).
• Valid driver’s license; willing to work on-call rotation.
• IICRC certifications preferred; OSHA 10/30 optional.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site inspections, scopes, and estimates to drive revenue.
• Close projects from inspections by presenting clear solutions and earning trust.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and vendors for efficient delivery.
• Manage job costs, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train, and coach Supervisors and Technicians; model core values.
• Produce timely reports on pipeline, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
